Small Group Fitness Training in Roseville, CA

Small Group Training is Back for the Fall! For everyone who has trained with me, participated in my bootcamp training, or buddy training, I have a great new hybrid program. Do you want to lose fat, improve your fitness level and increase your energy levels? Would you also like to train with other like minded people? This is just the program for you. Starting September 17th and running through October 29th, I will offer up to 6 people the chance to train three times a week with me in a small group class. Various workouts will be performed each week to maximize results during this 6 week training program. Combinations of boot camp style training, TRX Suspension training, outdoor workouts, weight training and cardiovascular specific training will be employed. Measurements will be taken at the start and finish of the training program and basic nutrition planning will also be discussed. Optional before and after pictures will be done to document results. Fitness homework assignments will also be given to each person. If you would like to participate in this training program you will need to pre-register. You must commit to training for 6 weeks, 3 times a week at the times listed below. The cost is $15 per class, per person. There will be 18 classes during this training program with a total cost of $270. Classes are one hour long. First six people to register are in the program. Class Times
